Jason Thean Kit Ooi is a Victoria (Australia) registered architect currently residing in Bangkok, Thailand. He was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
He completed his Masters of Architecture at the University of Melbourne in 2014 and Bachelor of Environments degree at the same university in 2011. He also holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Taylor's University, Malaysia.
Jason is currently employed as a project manager at Emory Primate Center (EPC) in Atlanta, Georgia. He had this role shortly after relocating to the USA in 2019.
Before relocating to the USA, he was previously employed at a Melbourne-based firm Spowers Architects in Australia.
In addition to architecture-related careers, Jason freelances as a medical illustrator for various universities and research labs in Australia and the USA.
